Okay, for the past two weeks or so it seems that I am shedding. I don't know if it's because my hair is getting longer so it's more noticeable or if I am really shedding. It's MUCH more noticeable than normal!
Help! Does this happen to other people, or am I destined for a baldness???

I shed when my hair gets too long, which for me is about shoulder length. Its so strange.
It's the changes in your diet.
I will second Kelsey's statement, when my hair gets long it falls out more. I asked my hair dresser about it once and she said it was totally normal. If I was pulling out fistfulls I should see a dr but other wise, no big deal.
Both my sister and I had that problem when we lived overseas. We both lost insane amounts of hair, but there was no permanent problem. I always assumed it was because the water was different / possibly more toxic . . .
Is it stress? Like good stress. Your body adjusting to so many changes? Food, environment, etc. the adjustments of Haiti??
I had it happen about 5 months after a really stressful time a few years ago. You've had just a "bit" of life stress this year, even if it is good stress!
